About Current Plans
Current Plans is an alternative art space in Hong Kong dedicated to the development of contemporary art projects. Since 2020 it has been supporting creative experimentations that cross disciplines, stimulating knowledge exchange and encouraging connections that push the boundaries of exhibition-making. Our multi-disciplinary program is where diverse art forms collide in unexpected ways, from dancing parties, cooking sessions, experimental gigs, art residencies and more, at its core lies a spirit of playfulness and interaction.

About the Artwork
'Pork Knife' draws on Hong Kong’s rich cultural heritage, reframing the absurdity and dark humor of the iconic film 'From Beijing with Love'. Moulded from a legendary Leung Tim Choppers Factory cleaver in Sham Shui Po, each of the eight stoneware editions translates a violent, industrial weapon into a meticulously crafted object of delicate beauty.
By harnessing the raw grit of sandy stoneware, the artist playfully engages in a cheeky reinterpretation—shifting a brutal, everyday Hong Kong culinary tool into a fragile yet enduring cultural artifact.
About the Artist
Tiger Wong Ho Lun (Hong Kong b. 1984) focused on ceramic as medium of creation when studying in RMIT. Drawn to the tactile nature of clay, Wong explores the fundamental properties of various materials, transforming them through unconventional techniques to create works characterized by their natural, spontaneous forms. Wong received a BA in Ceramics (RMIT), his works can be found in public collections in Hong Kong and China.
