Announcing PAVILION Hong Kong
PAVILION Hong Kong is pleased to announce its inaugural edition, launching during Hong Kong Art Week from March 23–28 at H Queen's. Founded by PHD Group's Willem Molesworth and Ysabelle Cheung, the alternative fair spans the 11th and 12th floors with a boothless presentation curated by Jims Lam within a custom buildout by BEAU Architects. Joining the team are Director Kelly Chan and VIP Director Michelle Hsieh, building on PAVILION Taipei's success in January to continue building a slower, more connected approach to collecting art. The inaugural edition will feature 25 international and regional galleries, with an initial participant list including 47 Canal (New York), Bremond Capela (Paris), Capitain Petzel (Berlin), NORITO (London), sangheeut (Seoul), Sultana (Paris), and Tong Gallery+Projects (Beijing), alongside works by artists from HART HAUS.
